Controller not working and Gennaro scheduled the appointment within the same week. Came on time and replaced the dated controller with a better one. He explained the price clearly and did an excellent job. Kept the place clean and good price.

all the great reviews live up to the hype, Gennaro is just a friendly local bloke who's doing an honest job. he texted before arriving at my place which I always super appreciate since some other places don't do that. he fixed my front yard sprinkler tubing, and the price was very reasonable. call out fee was $80 which was the best I could find, and service is $120/hr which he divided into 15min increments (he spent 15min at mine so I paid $30 for service). he replaced the tubing which was also very cheap, and even when I called him to say I'd found another issue, he came back promptly and fixed that, was kind enough to not charge extra since it was only a quick fix. would definitely call him again!

Completed an excellent job diagnosing and repair my retic after other companies had said it was not possible. Turned up when he said he would and completed the job. After noticing a pool of water in my garden a day after my reticulation had been on I contacted Gennaro and he booked me in within a few days. Gennaro arrived on time, reviewed the situation, replaced a leaking valve, it was repaired within an hour, and he tidied up afterwards so you wouldn't have even known he'd been there. Gennaro is a gentleman and a scholar first and foremost. He's a great man. He was responsive with his texting and communication and was one of very few companies that actually responded to my enquiry of needing assistance recalibrating and realigning my sprinkler rotation systems both front and back of the house.Yes, the call out fee and labour per hour is high but it's on par with the industry and what you need to come to expect. However I was happy to cop it on the chin as Gennaro fixed every problem that I threw at him and all of it with minimal fuss, consultation about what I would like and he's so knowledgable.He worked productively but as efficiently as he could trying to reduce the time that he was there. He was open to suggestions and preferences from me that I put forward and nothing was ever too much or big deal for him. All of it was solvable and he was a joy to meet and now after coming full circle (not unlike the sprinkler rotation that's now in place) from a shoddy company who wouldn't return to fix the installation back in January or even return my calls to Gennaro, it's night and day.I couldn't recommend highly enough the quality of work that you get with Gennaro. He's got all the bits, bobs and all that you could possibly need to correct and fix the problems that you may have. He's a saint and god send and now I only curse himself that I didn't go to him the first time. Now though, he'll be my sprinkler person for the foreseeable future. An absolute jet!

We moved into our newly built house in February and were looking at getting a bore. Unfortunately, we didn't have any water so we needed an effective retic system put in that wouldn't require a heap of stations, over water usage etc. Gennaro was absolutely fabulous at creating this for us.
