Disappointing experience with Swell. Called out after reading good reviews on google. Bore motor pump had burnt out and contacted Swell to come out and repair. Removed pump and installed new. When testing new pump no water was coming out. Left and came back with new pump, same result. Began troubleshooting but could not work out what the issue was. Left saying our water table was too low and he would be back in 6 months to remeasure the water table but was not confident. Charged money for leaving the bore in a worse state then when he arrived. Left garden a mess, left all pipe just laying in garden bed for us to dispose of. Did not hear back from him after this. Contacted another irrigation company who came out and diagnosed a faulty solenoid within 10 minutes of being there.I can confirm you were at my property on the 12th of May 2022. You first replaced the pump and when that didn't work went to your supplier to get a new pump which also didn't work. This time you removed all the poly pipe and the blinds we had installed between the edge of the al fresco and the fence. None of this was cleaned when you left site, you told me you would be in contact to re measure the water table after the winter months.Please do not try and pretend you did not attend my site

Louis replace a faulty solenoid on my reticulation system. He provides very professional service , excellent communication and a fast turnaround. He ran a little overtime on his previous job but didn't leave me wondering if he was coming and kept me posted of his progress. Highly recommended.
